Yesterday was Peach's birthday. What a great day! She started off the day by having breakfast in bed and then going to kindergarten. After school we had a birthday party for her with her friends.
I then took her shopping to spend her own money. Her grandparents gave her money as part of her birthday present. She thought that was the best thing in the whole world. While we were shopping I was surprised to find that she had a hard time spending her money. It seems like when we go shopping and she is spending my money she wants everything in the store. Yesterday she could not decide on one thing. We were not sure if she wanted to "waste" her money on a toy. I guess that she is learning a great life lesson, but it was frustrating for me. It took an hour for her to decide on a $1.00 bottle of glitter spray.
We then went to the Olive Garden for dinner. I was so impressed with how well behaved all of my children were. We actually sat through the whole meal without having to get up once! What a great time.
The day ended off with us watching the new Little Mermaid Beginnings movie. I really liked it and recommend it to everyone (but I have always liked the Little Mermaid best).
I am so thankful that I have this sweet little girl in my life. She is so much fun to be with. She loves to clean, learn, read, and be with her friends and family.
I Love You!
